Op13 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the op13 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the op13 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and op13 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those amendments. You are responsible for reviewing this page from time to time to stay informed of any changes.
The op13 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. op13 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of not meeting this requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the op13 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. op13 will never ask for your password via email, message, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected] for prompt assistance.
Op13 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card, bank document, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Op13 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is suspicious activity, a breach of these terms, attempted fraud, unauthorised use of automated software, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Valid balances in accounts closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned in accordance with established procedures.
User Responsibilities & Rules
By using the op13 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. The platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be used for commercial purposes or resale of services.
The following actions are prohibited when using the op13 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from op13.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or cause damage to the platform's systems and infrastructure.
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about the op13 platform.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or facilitates illegal activity.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers through dishonest means or in ways not intended by op13.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances or winnings associated with the violation, and legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Payment Methods & Currency
All financial transactions on the op13 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). op13 accepts deposits via approved payment methods, including online bank transfers and digital wallets listed on the platform. Available payment methods are subject to change at op13's discretion.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. Deposit limits can be reviewed in the deposit section of your account after logging in. op13 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once all verification requirements have been met. op13 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing pending completion of user identity verification. Funds will only be returned to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the op13 account holder.
Any withdrawal suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms will be placed on hold pending investigation. op13 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests and freeze funds associated with suspected unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The op13 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. op13 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or suited to any specific user requirements. Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Op13 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activity. Users acknowledge that all forms of betting carry financial risk and are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content, logos, trademarks, designs, software, and other materials on the op13 platform are the exclusive property of op13 or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from op13.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users to op13 may be used by us without any obligation or compensation to the user concerned.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
Third-Party Links
The op13 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. op13 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of such third-party services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website they visit.
Changes to These Terms
Op13 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the op13 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the op13 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
